Your plan is activated immediately after your payment is confirmed, and a receipt is emailed to your registered address. You can see your plan and its end date on your dashboard.
2. Assessments and reports
OCTOPUS Digi ASSMT results are generated instantly when you submit an assessment and are available on your results page, where you can also download a PDF report.
3. Counseling sessions
Sessions are delivered online at the booked time. After booking you receive a confirmation email; once the professional confirms, the session link is available from your dashboard.
4. Workshops
Your seat is confirmed immediately after registration. Online workshop joining details are shared on your dashboard and by email before the workshop. Offline or hybrid workshop venue details are shared by email.
5. Internships and certificates
Internship applications are confirmed by email and reviewed by our team. Certificates for completed internships (where included) are issued digitally by email within 15 working days of successful completion.
6. Knowledge Hub
eBooks and audiobooks open online immediately — free previews for everyone, and the full library for active subscribers.
7. Delivery issues
If you haven't received access, a confirmation or a certificate within the times above, please contact us with your order ID and we will resolve it promptly.
